The Everett Borough Office is open Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (closed 12:00–12:30 PM for lunch) and closed on major federal holidays (including Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). For any after-hours or holiday emergency, please contact County Control at (814) 623-1105.
Tenley Park rental rates are now uniform for all renters: Large Pavilion ($65, holds 50–96), Small Pavilion ($45, holds 15–48), Amphitheater ($100, holds 75), and Whole Park ($200), plus a $50 refundable bathroom/electric key deposit. Cash, check, and credit card are accepted! We have also posted the new Tree Trim/Removal Permit and Transient Retail (Food Truck & Door-to-Door) applications.
During high winds or storms, please use caution and watch out for fallen trees or limbs along borough streets. If you spot a fallen tree blocking a roadway or a water main issue after hours, please call County Control immediately at (814) 623-1105 so crews can be dispatched.

Residents can pay water, sewer, and Tenley Park fees online via eGovPayments. Convenient payment by ACH transfer ($2.00 fee) or credit card ($2.50 or 2.95%). Note: Do not use for fines or citations.

In 1787, Michael Barndollar purchased the land in this valley and laid out a town originally known as Waynesburg. Incorporated in November 1860 as Bloody Run, the name was officially changed in February 1873 to honor Edward Everett, the renowned orator who spoke prior to Lincoln's Gettysburg Address.
Today, Everett proudly celebrates its heritage along the Lincoln Highway (US Route 30) and is officially listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Help our Public Works and Borough crew keep Everett safe and pristine. Submit non-emergency reports regarding potholes, street lighting outages, roadway debris, or park maintenance.
